Stichting Kinderpostzegels Nederland has an office in Leiden with thirty five staff, who are responsible for the day-to-day running of the foundation. They keep in touch with grant applicants and project organisations, speak to the press and organise the annual children’s stamps campaign. In addition Kinderpostzegels has a Board of Directors and a Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board appoints the Board of Directors and approves the policy plans and long-range plans. The Supervisory Board is also responsible for approving the foundation’s budget and annual accounts.
The Kinderpostzegels’s Board of Directors is responsible for running the organisation. The Board of Directors and heads of department together form the Management Team.
